"I’ve enjoyed these up until I received a can with what looks like black dots that do not come off the pouch. I reached out and was met with a prompt response and willingness to fix the issue. After I sent the picture and followed up on that picture two more times trying to get to the bottom of it, they stopped responding. Unfortunate as I just wanted to see if they were safe.
